Nierembergia Rivularia. Rapidly spreading low plants, smothered in upward facing, cup shaped white flowers all season long. Short 3" - Plant 18" apart. Ground hugging foliage. Not for the coldest North. Prefers a moist soil, Not for Zones 3&4; may need to mulch or protect in Zone 5.
