Parsley is native to Southern Europe. For centuries it has been one of man's favourite herbs, including the ancient Greeks and the Romans. It is very rich in vitamins A and C, iron, iodine, magnesium and other vitamins and minerals. It reduces inflammation and stimulates the digestion.
