Mountain Speedwell - ht 3-4" - plant 12-14" apart. zone 3-8. Low mounds of green leaves with creamy-yellow to white margins and short spikes of blue flowers in late spring. Neat tidy plants. Care free, beautiful in or out of flower. Not fussy. Any well drained soil in full to part sun will do. They provide rich blue, purple, pink, or white long lasting color (many flowering during midsummer).
